Zesty Lemon & Tahini Sauce
This sauce is delightfully zesty and creamy and so easy to make! Simply whisk or blend together a few simple ingredients and voila! A delicious lemony sauce that will dress up any meal.
I came up with this one evening when it was almost dinner time and all I had was some roasted cauliflower and eggplant. I decided to cook some noodles and edamame to go with it. Then, after staring into the pantry for a while hoping for inspiration, I got on with making a sauce. I started with tahini and added things from there tasting as I went. This is the result.
It turned out so well that I made some more the next day and we’ve been trying it on different things ever since! It is delish added to buddha bowls, as a salad dressing, or in a sandwich or wrap.
