Hi, I'm Veronica. I've always loved baking and since my kids came along I've changed my focus from 'naughty' treats to trying to make treats out of normal whole food ingredients. Now we can bake together as often as we like and I don't need to worry about their health!
This new focus on health has opened up a whole new world of food to explore. I love the challenge of making something full of wholesome ingredients taste like a treat. Here you'll find plenty of healthy (mostly) whole foods, plant based recipes, many of these are sweet but I'm adding more and more savoury recipes too as my food journey continues. I also try to keep my recipes simple with as little hands on time as possible.
